Set away from the main building, behind the swimming pool, each has a sliding patio door to its own outdoor space and direct access to the garden area. These bright and romantic rooms with cathedral ceilings, have a king-size bed, with high end luxury linens, down duvets (down alternative also available), Eco friendly Monarch towels, A/C, free Wi-Fi, TV with DVD player, gas fireplace, chilled soft drinks, coffee/tea maker and a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub. In summer enjoy breakfast on your private patio overlooking the rose garden and many of Cape Cod's local birds. In winter cosy up after exploring Cape Cod in front of a welcoming fireplace.

The Superior Rooms at the boutique Cape Cod inn are large rooms and include their own outdoor space with either a balcony or direct access to the pool. Each room has a king-size bed, with high end luxury linens, down duvets, Eco friendly Monarch towels , TV with DVD player, free Wi-Fi, seating area in front of a cozy gas fireplace and an en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and/or large glass and tile walk-in shower.
Deluxe Rooms
from $155-$230
In our main building each of the Deluxe Rooms at our Cape Cod Bed and Breakfast has king-size bed, with high end luxury linens, down duvets, Eco friendly Monarch towels, TVs, DVD players, A/C, free Wi-Fi, and en-suite designer bathrooms with large custom tiled walk-in glass showers and overhead rain shower heads.
Queen Rooms

The Queen Room at our Cape Cod Bed and Breakfast has a queen-sized bed with high end luxury linens, down duvets, (down alternative also available) Eco friendly Monarch towels, TVs, DVD players, A/C, free Wi-Fi and en-suite bathroom, vessel sink and walk-in shower with rain shower head.

Your gourmet breakfast, combining fresh fruits, assorted pastries, breads, yogurts, fruit juices and hot drinks is served in your room to allow you a leisurely and pampered start to your day. During the warmer months poolside breakfast is also available. Breakfast is served between 8:30 - 9:30 AM

“High Season” runs from Memorial Day Weekend (24th May) through to the weekend after Columbus Day (21st October). There is a minimum two-night stay during “High Season” and a minimum three-night stay is required in "High Season" if it includes a Saturday night. There is a minimum two-night stay for weekends in "Tranquil Season".
